Our main research areas of interest are: epidemiology & public health, physiology, sensory science & behaviour, nutrigenomics, pharmacology, and international nutrition.Important themes include: energy balance, nutrition and sports, chronic illnesses (e.g. cardiovascular diseases and colorectal cancer), metabolic syndrome, nutrition & ageing, nutritional patterns, protein transition & sustaibability, satiety and nutritional deficiencies. Below you see our preliminary programme of the cities we plan to visit. We are currently in the process of arranging visits at universities and institutions.
